Rigton is a rural location in a prestigious area of Leeds. Developed by one of LOROC Architects' luxury housing clients, the scheme consisted of the demolition of existing farm outbuildings and the refurbishment of retained structures and barn, together with extensions to incorporate the necessary accommodation.
